The company provides servicing of machines and equipment in steelworks. We conducted a comprehensive strategic audit for Eko-Energy, based on which we prepared the company's development strategy. The strategic recommendations concerned important areas of the company's operations, which include: planning and budgeting, verification of risk analysis procedures, implementation of principles and procedures of controlling and management accounting. In addition, Eko-Energia commissioned us with an advisory service consisting in supporting the Management Board's activities in the implementation of recommendations resulting from the adopted development strategy. According to the Company: "(...) cooperation with Business Consulting Sp. z o. o. we rate it highly. All elements of the previously mentioned Agreements for the provision of consulting services, both conducting an audit, developing a development strategy as well as advising on its implementation in the areas of: 1) planning and budgeting, 2) verification of risk analysis procedures, 3) implementation of principles and procedures of controlling and management accounting, were performed in a professional manner and in accordance with their scope.”

The subject of the cooperation was to conduct market research in terms of potential intentions of building owners and managers regarding connection to the municipal heating network under specific offer conditions, within a specific time horizon and in a given area. The research consisted of conducting a survey among 400 people, residents of the city of Chorzów (Poland) and 14 property managers located in Chorzów. Based on the research, a Research Report was prepared containing the results of the analysis and recommendations for the Company.
According to the Client: "The Report was prepared in accordance with the Agreement in terms of scope, content and formalities."
PW Tomex Sp. z o.o.
For the client of PW Tomex Sp. z o. o., which specializes in providing maintenance services on technological installations in energy, petrochemical and refinery industry plants, we obtained a subsidy for investments worth PLN 0.48 million.
The value of the entire project was PLN 1.337 million
The project concerned the introduction of new services to the market as a result of R&D work, in the field of research, regulation and regeneration of high-pressure valves, relief valves and heat exchangers of high-pressure equipment.
The project was also successfully settled in full by our advisors.
