Business Consulting Sp. z o. o. is a company with an established position and many years of experience in introducing companies and products to the market, strategic and transaction consulting, and obtaining financing for companies.
The projects we particularly like to boast about include consulting services, like those for Browary Tyskie - transforming it from a regional company into a giant on the Polish market, and valuation of land at Złota 59 in Warsaw for ING Real Estate, thanks to which we contributed to the creation of Złote Tarasy.
We have completed over 1,500 projects for our clients. Our advisors gained education and professional experience both in Poland and abroad.
We are the founding company and member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice. We operate in the Silesian Business Club, the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers and AHK in Warsaw (Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry). We also belong to the International Advertising Association (IAA) and the Chamber of Commerce for Outdoor Advertising in Warsaw (IGRZ). We also cooperate with universities, such as the Silesian University of Technology, the University of Economics in Katowice, the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
Dr Krzysztof Wilgus
PhD in economics, completed postgraduate studies at HBR and the ICAN Institute. Founder of Business Consulting Sp. z o. o. and long-time President of the Management Board.
Co-founder of the Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Upper Silesian Economic Society.
He has experience in the work of supervisory boards, including the National Investment Funds. Coordinator of advisory work, cooperates with institutions managing aid funds, financial institutions and private equity funds. Author of many articles and scientific works. He specializes in strategic and transactional consulting.
Krzysztof Witold Wilgus
President of the Management Board and co-owner of Business Consulting Sp. z o. o., Member of the Management Board of the Chamber of Commerce for Outdoor Advertising, member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice and IAA Polska International Advertising Association. President of the Junior Chamber International business organization in 2008, graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and the CAM Diploma in Marketing program. He gained professional experience in foreign companies, including: at Fiat Auto UK.
Dariusz Szymczak
Specialist in management and marketing, as well as issues related to the preparation and implementation of investments in local government units. A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and postgraduate MBA studies at the University of Central Lancashire. Member of the Management Board of Business Consulting Sp. z o. o.
Experience in local government issues in the areas of housing management, municipal management, environmental protection and investments. He led and supervised several dozen investments in city government, including investments co-financed by national and EU subsidies. He specializes in strategic consulting addressed to domestic and foreign companies and consulting for local governments.
Marta Gąsior
Consultant and business advisor, M.A. in quality and technology (Silesian University of Technology), M.A. in international relations (Geneva School of Diplomacy), certified Innovation Manager, Consulting Director of Business Consulting Sp. z o. o.
He has several years of experience in providing consulting services to companies in the field of: strategic planning, entry strategy to foreign markets, market analyses, creation of new business models, optimization of company processes and project management. He also specializes in the selection of optimal sources and forms of financing the current and investment needs of enterprises, especially those involving public aid (EU and national subsidies). He advises on transaction projects (especially in the intermediation of the sale of enterprises). He specializes in strategic consulting addressed to companies and in obtaining financial resources for companies.
